On Friday, 9th December, ArtE (acronym for Artisans of the Emirates) held their regular market at Times Square Center – with a festive twist! The popular handmade designer, art, fashion & craft market was packed with over 100 tables showcasing their creative talents.
From Santa to sleigh bells, here are just some of my favourite finds of the Season. Be sure to visit the ArtE website (link at the end of the post) for their full schedule and market venues over the coming weeks.
Teeny tiny letters from the North Pole, what’s not to love?
Festive bibs and baby blankets – trust me, you have to feel how soft these are!
Unique stocking stuffers and intricately painted tree decorations (look at those details!).
I absolutely love these custom-made bamboo decorations. You can create any name or word you wish which would make a lovely gift for family members back home.
Bring some humour to your home decor this Christmas!
Unique wreaths to greet your guests at the door.
Adam enjoyed a lovely reading by John Felton, author of two children’s books. We bought “Henry had Terrible Hiccups” which John kindly signed as well!
Textured Christmas cards with a difference.
Divine bespoke blends of essential oils and even skin care in the form of a candle are sure to be a stocking filler winner for that special someone (and I can’t wait to try mine!).
Add a bit of vintage chic to your wrapping with these genuine antique labels.
Any excuse to dress the little ones up in these cute little jumpers!
A holly jolly Christmas camel, need I say more?
Stunningly crocheted and hand embroided creations.
Every parent, err – Santa, needs a naughty or nice list!
And, of course, we wrapped up our day by playing in the snow and a visit from Santa himself.
